INVESTORS & EXCHANGORS GROUPS


Investors & Exchangors Groups, are Real Estate Investment Groups that educate new real estate investors as well as seasoned investors on the acquisition, operation and disposition stages of a real estate investment.

In addition, the groups specialize in the use of Section “1031” of the Internal Revenue Code. This favorable tax treatment known as a real estate exchange, like kind exchange or deferred exchange, allows people disposing of income-producing or investment real estate the opportunity to PAY NO TAX when disposing of their property.

Each month the Groups feature two topics that cover investment real estate, real estate taxation, property management or 1031 exchanges, which will be presented by local and national experts. Free workbooks on the meeting’s subject matter are provided, as well as other handouts.

Between the two topics at every meeting a FREE buffet is served and there is no membership fee.

An “Investment Property Showcase”, which is a display of investment properties that are available for sale will follow the presentations. As part of the networking process at these meetings there is Ask The Attorney, Ask The CPA, Ask The Mortgage Broker, Ask The Qualified Intermediary, Ask The Real Estate Investment Broker and Ask The Property Manager tables to address any ones needs.
